尊敬的各位学生家长：
您们好！
我是舟坝补习班的负责人，首先在此我向各位家长致以诚挚的歉意。这份歉意来自我们补习班近期的5天停课（包括政府规定的3天放假）给同学们及家长们带来的不便。
当然以上不便还请允许我在此对各位家长做一个解释和交待。首先这几天天气的确是不太好，其次我们还是首先考虑到同学们的安全问题，还有我们的安排也有一些欠妥，故导致5天课时的延迟，这算是给家长们的一个解释吧！当然自然要给广大家长一个满意的交待。各位家长都是信得过我们补习班才把自己的学生交到我们手里，我们自然要全心全意让孩子的成绩提高。来到补习班的各位同学也是怀着一个求学的的心来的，我们更没理由不认真负责。所以在这里要对各位家长说，希放心，我们会倍加认真的教授孩子知识。
这里还需说明的是，对于已经拖欠的5天补课时间，考虑到学生们开始学时间的限制，我们经讨论决定，逢舟坝赶场时间实行全天上课制度（下午弥补之前的'课程）来弥补之前的五天课，放假时间还是定于原来的15号。这样不会与学生的开学时间冲突，让学生也有一段时间可以放松。
此外，对于学生的教育方面需要说明的是，我们补习班老师基本上每天都会留给学生一些当天的家庭作业，为了共同教育好您们的孩子，还望广大家长监督自己的子女按时完成作业。
