实习内容：器材厂的会计部并没有太多人，设有一个财务部长，一个出纳，两个会计员，而教导我的是老会计。刚到会计部就叫我先看她们以往所制的会计凭证。由于以前的暑假有过类似的社会实践经验，所以对于凭证也就一扫而过，总以为凭着记忆加上大学里学的理论对于区区原始凭证可以熟练掌握。也就是这种浮躁的态度让我忽视了会计循环的基石——会计分录，以至于后来让我尝试制单的良苦用心。于是只能晚上回家补课了，把公司日常较多使用的会计业务认真读透。毕竟会计分录在书本上可以学习，可一些银行帐单、汇票、发票联等就要靠实习时才能真正接触，从而有了更深刻的印象。别以为光是认识就行了，还要把所有的单据按月按日分门别类，并把每笔业务的单据整理好，用图钉装订好，才能为记帐做好准备。
制好凭证就进入记帐程序了。虽说记帐看上去有点象小学生都会做的事，可重复量如此大的工作如果没有一定的耐心和细心是很难胜任的。因为一出错并不是随便用笔涂了或是用橡皮檫涂了就算了，每一个步骤会计制度都是有严格的要求的。例如写错数字就要用红笔划横线，再盖上责任人的章，才能作废。而写错摘要栏，则可以用蓝笔划横线并在旁边写上正确的摘要，平常我们写字总觉得写正中点好看，可摘要却不行，一定要靠左写起不能空格，这样做是为了防止摘要栏被人任意篡改。对于数字的书写也有严格要求，字迹一定要清晰清秀，按格填写，不能东倒西歪的。并且记帐时要清楚每一明细分录及总帐名称，不能乱写，否则总长的借贷的就不能结平了。如此繁琐的程序让我不敢有丁点马虎，这并不是做作业时或考试时出错了就扣分而已，这是关乎一个企业的帐务，是一个企业以后制定发展计划的依据。
所有的帐记好了，接下来就结帐，每一帐页要结一次，每个月也要结一次，所谓月清月结就是这个意思，结帐最麻烦的就是结算期间费用和税费了，按计算机都按到手酸，而且一不留神就会出错，要复查两三次才行。一开始我掌握了计算公式就以为按计算机这样的小事就不在话下了，可就是因为粗心大意反而算错了不少数据，好在霞姐教我先用铅笔写数据，否则真不知道要把帐本涂改成什么样子。
从制单到记帐的整个过程基本上了解了个大概后，就要认真结合书本的知识总结一下手工做帐到底是怎么一回事。很要耐心的跟我讲解每一种银行帐单的样式和填写方式以及什么时候才使用这种帐单，有了个基本认识以后学习起来就会更得心应手了。
除了做好会计的本职工作，其余时间有空的话我也会和出纳学学知识。别人一提起出纳就想到是跑银行的。其实跑银行只是出纳的其中一项重要的工作。在和出纳聊天的时候得知原来跑银行也不是件容易的事，除了熟知每项业务要怎么和银行打交道以外还要有吃苦的精神。想想寒冷的冬天或者是酷暑，谁不想呆在办公室舒舒服服的，可出纳就要每隔一两天就往银行跑，那就不是件容易的事了。除了跑银行出纳还负责日常的现金库，日常现金的保管与开支，以及开支票和操作税控机。说起税控机还是近几年推广会计电算化的成果，什么都要电脑化了。税控机就是打印出发票联，金额和税额分开两栏，是要一起整理在原始凭证里的。其实它的`操作也并不难，只要稍微懂OFFICE办公软件的操作就很容易掌握它了。可是其中的原理要完全掌握就不是那么简单了。于是我便在闲余时间与出纳聊聊税控机的使用，学会了基本的操作，以后走上工作岗位也不会无所适从，因为在学校学的课本上根本就没提过这种新的机器。
实习体会：是的，课本上学的知识都是最基本的知识，不管现实情况怎样变化，抓住了最基本的就可以以不变应万变。如今有不少学生实习时都觉得课堂上学的知识用不上，出现挫折感，可我觉得，要是没有书本知识作铺垫，又哪应付瞬息万变的社会呢？经过这次实践，虽然时间很短。可我学到的却是我一个学期在学校难以了解的。就比如何与同事们相处，相信人际关系是现今不少大学生刚踏出社会遇到的一大难题，于是在实习时我便有意观察前辈们是如何和同事以及上级相处的，而自己也尽量虚心求教，不耻下问。要搞好人际关系并不仅仅限于本部门，还要跟别的部门例如市场部的同事相处好，那工作起来的效率才高，人们所说的“和气生财”在我们的日常工作中也是不无道理的。而且在工作中常与前辈们聊聊天不仅可以放松一下神经，而且可以学到不少工作以外的事情，尽管许多情况我们不一定遇到，可有所了解做到心中有底，也算是此次实习的目的了。大学生暑假实习报告篇5
孟德斯鸠说：“我们接受三种教育，一种来自父母，一种来自教师，另一种来自社会。”人的一生不仅要接受家庭的教育，更要接受社会的考验。今年暑假，我们到华中农业大学生命科学技术学院的实验基地实习，我们是幸运的，在这里不管是生活上还是工作上，老师、师姐对我们都给予耐心的帮助。在深受感动的同时我在他们身上学到了很多东西，使我受益匪浅。通过这次实习，让我对农学有了更多的了解同时这也是一个很好的锻炼的机会。我们的实习生活从7月31日开始到8月31日结束。一个月的时间不长，可是我们也度过了难忘的实习生活。从7月31日开始我们前往保定实习，平时我们和老师、师姐同吃同住同劳动，加深了与他们之间的感情，也提高了作为一名工作人员的素质和意识。在专业知识方面，我们从具体的实践中学到了玉米田间数据采集的的知识和方法，了解了玉米人工授粉的过程，同时积累了一定的工作经验。与此同时，我还将学校里所学的专业知识运用到实践中去。虽然这次的实习比较劳累，但是我还是坚持了下来，同时很好的完成了老师给予的各项工作，最终得到了单位及老师的认可。
这次暑期实习主要是在老师、师姐的带领下以团队的形式完成的。我们先是在老师的试验基地——满城，进行玉米人工授粉的工作，包括取粉、授粉、套袋、挂牌等具体的事情。夏播玉米是在七月份开始散粉，而且在晴天的上午十点到十一点左右散粉量大、散粉最好，雨水会使花粉失活。大约在八月中旬，玉米的株高、穗位高等田间调查项目已稳定，我们便到华中农业大学生命科学技术学院的试验基地——高阳，从事实验材料调查和数据采集的工作，调查项目包括：玉米的株高、穗位高、穗上、穗下茎节数、雄穗分枝数、穗长。
通过一个多月的暑期实习，不仅使我加深了对自己专业的了解，而且在思想上也有了很大的进步。

辽宁禾丰hr金经理给我安排了为期四十天的实习计划。实习第一天我来到了前台实习，实习目标主要是感受办公室的工作气氛，学习企业文化和基本制度，前台的王莹作为我的指导老师。前台就是公司的窗口，所以前台的主要工作是接待客人的来访，接听客人的电话，以及包括一些日常物品的管理发放，协调各部门的日常工作，前台的工作有一些琐碎与复杂，但需要认真与负责！刚到前台，王莹姐让我学习了企业文化和一些基本制度。读了很多期《禾丰人》，掌握了禾丰的企业宣言，禾丰的创业历程，禾丰宗旨，管理原则，还有团结进取，雷厉风行，克己奉公创新进取的禾丰精神等。前台实习总结：企业如果要发展壮大必须有良好优秀的以人为本的企业文化，让员工了解接受企业文化，让所有的员工自觉的成为禾丰的一员，企业不是要靠制度来管理人，而是要靠文化来管理！最令我欣喜的是，公司的领导和车间工人一起排队打饭，坐在一起吃一样的饭，这就从中能体现出公司的以人为本的优秀文化。
第一次走出校园实习，感到有些不适应，要尽快适应工作，虚心请教。人生苦短，要真是从容，每一天的生活都是绚烂的风景！
来到实习第二天，我和小马来到白塔这边买裤子，可是刚买的新裤子就丢了，仔细回想才确定应该是落在个地摊上了！第二天我在喝小马去那个地摊了，那是两位老人的地摊，一见到我就知道我来找丢失的裤子，他们二话没说就还给了我。我当时很激动，因为我原本也没想到会能够找回裤子，二位老人的善举使我的裤子失而复得，同时也令我这个即将毕业走入社会的大学生汗颜羞愧。我想对两位老人略表谢意，可是二位老人坚决不要，我想，如果我在坚持的话就是对他们的不敬，走之前我执意要握一下二老朴实厚重的双手。实习好几天了，不光在办公室学到了很多东西，更多的是二老教给哦生命里某些难以忘却且刻骨铭心的东西，让我感受到了这个世界上的敬仰之情，您二老让晚辈望而生畏！
之后我又来到了业务室实习，主要了解熟悉业务室的工作内容和流程，进而了解企业的运营管理。感谢王柳和苏琦两位老师辛苦的指导。她们细心的给我讲解了协调员的主要工作内容，协调员顾名思义就是要做好协调工作，包括客户电话的接听，反馈客户意见，接待客户来访;接受订单，作好记录，下达生产任务，做好发货准备；建立登记eas记录，维护好销售台账和运营台账；确保货物安全抵达，并回收货款等。还要熟练掌握各种饲料的种类，金额，规格等数据。协调工作需要一丝不苟，哪怕是一个标点符号也是不允许有错误的，一旦出现任何失误，需要补救也是很麻烦的，这样还有可能给客户和公司带来影响。所以我在业务室实习时总是小心翼翼的，他们忙时我尽量避免打扰她们，生怕影戏他们工作，能够帮忙的我尽力做好。业务室的每一个人都是努力认真的，尤其是主任晓芳姐，工作起来一丝不苟，严肃谨慎!值得我学习的楷模和榜样！工作之余我也感到受了业务室人的热情与善良，也享受着和谐融洽的人际氛围，办公室内事同事，办公室外是朋友！下班后我们大家一起刷锅子，一起侃大山，很高兴认识了这么多朋友！感谢你们对我这个新人的帮助，让我感到一种家的感觉，并没感到陌生！
七月二十一号我来到的采购部，跟着于冲主任学习，了解采购工作流程和各种原料行情知识。采购的工作也是繁忙的，有时候这个电话还没有结束，那边的电话又想起来了。好的原料是好产品的基础，所以原料的采购就显得极其重要了!之后我又来到了品控部，首先是有陈超老师带我学习。品控工作主要是原料成品质量监督，感官检查，取样化验，这是饲料生产的第一关，只有原料合格，生产出来的产品才能合格，因为产品的质量关乎企业的存亡。在此期间我学习了原料的相关知识，了解了各种原料的名称，有了一定的感官认识。陈超老师也带我去车间生产学习，给我讲解饲料是如何生产出来的等！品控员的职责主要是负责原料，产品的化验，做好化验记录，及时下达登记化验结果，保证生产产品的安全。跟随超姐每天在车间与化验室之间的奔波中度过，超姐技术过硬，工作态度认真，严格把关，据说可以咬出玉米的水分多少。每次新到的原料必须抽检，合格后方可入库，为了公司的信誉，产品的质量，客户的需求，品控员恪尽职守，勤勤恳恳的走着每一步！
化验室是我们学生最亲切和熟悉的地方了，在实验室的一周学习中，学到不少与化验有关的知识。起初我是在观察化验室同事们的每一个实验步骤细节，询问他们我不知道了解的实验原理，渐渐的也对水分，盐分，蛋白质，钙磷的测定等实验有一定的了解和熟悉。

5. New Skills and Information Gained

6. Difficulties Encountered

7. My Shortcomings
Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.
